2020 Wisconsin CLE Update:
Complete Your Entire Wisconsin Ethics Requirement for $69

Wisconsin attorneys can complete their ethics requirement for $69 at this link, and then complete their remaining credits with the free programs listed below.

In response to COVID-19, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has temproarily relaxed the CLE rules for attorneys who complete their CLE cycle this year. If you are a Wisconsin attorney who is an even-year reporter (in other words, you're due to finish your CLE on December 31, 2020), then you can claim all of your standard CLE with "on demand" programs. (This also applies to attorneys who are catching up on the CLE hours that were due on December 31, 2019). However, your three hours of Ethics and Professional Responsibility must still be done with either live online programs or in person programs.

This means that Wisconsin attorneys may complete their CLE requirements with 27 credits of on-demand programs, plus three "live" credits of ethics. For the "on demand" credits, Wisconsin attorneys have many free options available. I have a listing of free programs below for Wisconsin credit. You therefore need only your three "live" ethics credits. I have an approved Wisconsin ethics program available for $69. Full details for that program are at this link. This is a "live" program that qualifies for full ethics credit. I have over 20 programs scheduled through 2020, and more will be added. If none of these times work for you, please contact me and I can schedule a program at a convenient time.

This three hour conference call will take care of your ethics requirement, and will give you either 3 or 3.5 credits toward your 30 credit requirement. Therefore, you will need at least 26.5 more credits. Your registration in the 3 credit ethics program includes all of my Wisconsin on-demand courses for the rest of the year. I currently have 6.5 credits available with the following courses:

I will be adding additional programs before the end of the year, but probably not the full 30 hour requirement. To satisfy the rest of the requirement, I will be updating the following list of free programs by other providers.
