Richard McCaulley, et al, v. C L Enterprises, et al.. NE Statute of Limitation
At issue in this Nebraska Supreme Court case was whether the four year statute of limitations for construction defects under Nebraska Revised Statute 25-223 began to run on the date each contractor substantially completed its project, or on the date the entire home was completed. The court held that the limitations period against each contractor began to run upon the substantial completion of each contractor's project.
