De-Aunteze Lavion Bobo was convicted of murder in the 2006 killing of James Roberts, and the Minnesota Supreme Court affirmed in 2009. State v. Bobo, 770 N.W.2d 129 (Minn. 2009).. The Minnesota Supreme Court held that the Hennepin County postconviction court did not abuse its discretion when it denied Bobo's third and fourth petitions for postconviction relief.
