MN equitable contribution

Minnesota case law summary by Attorney Richard Clem: MN equitable contribution.

Judy Brown v. Judith M. Lee. MN equitable contribution

Reversing a summary judgment from Dakota County, the Minnesota Court of Appeals held that a district court does not abuse its discretion by granting equitable relief to a party with unclean hands if the party has purged herself of her adverse equity. Appellant was seeking contribution from a guarantor, and the Court of Appeals remanded the case.

No. A14-1031 (Minn. Ct. App. Feb. 17, 2015).
