Harlan Poppler v. Wright Hennepin Cooperative Electric Ass'n.. MN civil procedure, special verdict
In an appeal from Wright County, the Minnesota Supreme Court held that the district court had no authority, by rule or by inherent power, to itemize the jury's damages award after the jury returned a special verdict and judgment was entered thereon.
