No Fault Arbitration Strategies for Success. Live lecture by William Seeley. This one hour program will be an overview of the process for arbitration of Minnesota no-fault hearings. The no-fault arbitration is an informal proceeding with no courtroom, court reporter, or jury. We will cover topics such as medical records, evidence needed to substantiate claims for mileage, wage loss, and replacement services; direct and cross examination; gaps and overlaps in treatment, and other topics. (60 minutes).

Taught courses in International Business Management, Cross-Cultural Business Negotiations and Strategic Management Former Peace Corps Volunteer in India (1966-68); widely traveled in China, India, Japan, South Korea, France and U.K. From 1990 to present, President and attorney with Seeley Legal Services, P.A., practing law in the areas of personal injury law; corporate counsel and business litigation; family law; estate planning and probate law. Formerly Associate Attorney with the Eastlund, Solstad and Hutchinson, Ltd law firm from 1980-90, focusing on commercial litigation, contracts, environmental law, lease negotiations, personal injury.
