Richard Clem Continuing Legal Education: Arizona MCLE Podcasts

On this page, I will be making available audio and video replays of some of my CLE programs which have been previously approved for CLE credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and are eligible for MCLE credit in Arizona.

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit programs for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. Instead, the rules are predicated on the assumption that attorneys can evaluate CLE activities based on the guidelines set forth in the Regulations. While it is the attorney's responsibility to evaluate the activity and report the activity by affidavit, all of my programs satisfy the requirements for Arizona self-study MCLE credit.

Of particular interest to Arizona attorneys will be my telephone conference call CLE's, which have typically been approved for credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin. These live programs are normally $15 per credit. In addition, I have a number of "Wisconsin Podcasts" which have been approved in Wisconsin, for only $10 per credit.
