Richard Clem Continuing Legal Education: Arkansas CLE Podcasts

$10 per credit

Arkansas grants automatic CLE credit for programs approved by other states. Under Arkansas CLE rules, upon receipt of a completed certificate of attendance form confirming attendance at an out-of-state continuing legal education program approved by the situs state, the attorney shall be entitled to CLE credits in Arkansas. Since all of my programs are approved for CLE credit in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and/or Iowa, they qualify for Arkansas credit under this provision.

Of particular interest to Arkansas attorneys will be my telephone conference call CLE's, which have typically been approved for credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin. These live programs are normally $15 per credit. In addition, I have a number of "Wisconsin Podcasts" which have been approved in Wisconsin, for only $10 per credit.
