All of my programs (including "Wisconsin Podcasts") are eligible for Missouri self-study CLE credit, which is limited to six hours per reporting period. Podcast programs are not eligible for interactive credit in Missouri, since the presenter is not available to answer questions contemporaneously with accessing the materials. However, since my telephone conference call CLE's are approved in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin, they should be eligible for Missouri credit, typically at a cost of $25 per credit.
The Missouri Bar does not accredit or otherwise specify which materials qualify for self-study. If, in the reasonable professional judgment of a lawyer, the study of particular law-related materials furthers his or her "general academic or professional competence," the lawyer may report the hours of study on Line c. on the Attorney's Annual Report of Compliance. Since the programs on this page have been approved for CLE credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin, I believe they also satisfy the Missouri requirements for self-study CLE credit.
During the month of September, I am offering a special for up to ten credits of podcast CLE programs for only $60. For full details, please visit this page.
