I am a CLE provider in Minnesota, and offer courses approved in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Since New York has CLE reciprocity with Wisconsin, all of my Wisconsin programs can be used for New York credit. The following information was written for Wisconsin attorneys, but this information is also applicable to New York attorneys. Give me a call, and I'll help you get your CLE finished as easily and inexpensively as possible.

For attorneys in Wisconsin who need to finish their CLE credits by December 31, I have a number of options available. You can earn approximately 13 credits for $175. If you're still short a few credits, let me know, since I can steer you toward other programs with free or inexpensive credits.

If you need fewer than ten credits, your least expensive option is my podcast programs. Wisconsin attorneys can satisfy up to ten credits with these online programs. You listen to them at your convenience at your home or office on your computer of MP3 player. When you're done, you report your attendance to me, and I send you a certificate of attendance. I have more than ten credits available, all of which are approved for Wisconsin credit.

The following podcast programs are available. Simply click on any of the following links for full instructions. If you're dubious, feel free to take the courses without paying. You pay only when you request credit. The following programs are currently available:

Proof of Foreign Law After Bodum. One credit approved, $10.
Minnesota Supreme Court: March 2011 Decisions. One credit approved, $10.
Ethics Refresher 2011: This is a six-part program which covers the Rules of Professional Conduct of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. You can attend the entire program for six credits, or take any individual component for one credit each. Each program stands alone, and the programs may be taken in any order. (Note: Even though the subject of these programs is ethics, Wisconsin does not allow use of on-demand programs to satisfy the three-credit ethics requirement. Therefore, these programs may be used to satisfy your general CLE requirement, but not the ethics requirement.)
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part One. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part Two. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part Three. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part Four. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part Five. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
- Ethics Refresher 2011, Part Six. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.
Early Minnesota Legal History. 1.5 Wisconsin credits approved, $15.
Nuts and Bolts of Minnesota Appellate Practice. 2.5 Wisconsin credits approved, $25.
Elimination of Bias: The Rules & An Ongoing Process. One Wisconsin credit approved, $10.

If you need more than ten credits, or if you need to finish your ethics credits, or if you've already done your ten on-demand credits somewhere else, then you can earn up to six credits from my conference call programs. The cost of these programs is only $25 per credit, and all of them have been approved in Wisconsin. I'm offering these programs almost daily, and I'm doing a full six hours on Saturday, December 31. November 29 through December 31. Conference calls most days during December. One ethics credit per program, only $25 per credit. Up to six credits available. Approved in Iowa and Wisconsin, Minnesota credit applied for upon request.

Finally, if you're still short a few credits, I have links to many programs offered by my competitors. You can find those links on my Don't Panic page. A few of those programs are free. The others are more expensive than my own programs, but still a good bargain if you're a few credits short.
