Richard Clem Continuing Legal Education: North Dakota CLE Podcasts

I have two economical options available for North Dakota attorneys to satisfy their CLE obligations. My live telephone conference call CLE programs are typically $25 per credit, and are approved for credit in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin. Since these programs are interactive, they can be used for North Dakota credit.

In addition, for only $10 per credit, I have a number of internet podcast CLE programs which have been approved for Wisconsin CLE credit.

These podcast programs do not qualify for North Dakota general CLE credit, since North Dakota requires that for online courses, the faulty must be online when making the presentation. However, North Dakota attorneys may report up to fifteen hours of self-study. Self-study work is not preapproved, but the specific self-study activity must be listed on the attorney's report of compliance.
