Richard Clem Continuing Legal Education: Virgin Islands CLE Podcasts

On this page, I will be making available audio and video replays of some of my CLE programs. The live presentations of these programs were approved for CLE credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and these on-demand podcasts have been approved for Wisconsin CLE credit by the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners.

These programs are eligible for Virgin Islands self-study CLE credit. Rule 208(f)(3) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands allows self-study CLE credit for online courses. The following courses have not been pre-approved for Virgin Islands CLE credit. Therefore, individual attorneys seeking credit must submit, along with the certificate of attendance, the program agenda and statement describing the subject matter, which is available along with each course below.

These programs have been approved for CLE credit in Wisconsin (live program and online replay) and Minnesota (live program only). For your convenience, a link showing this approval is provided with each course.

I am making these programs available to attorneys in jurisdictions such as the Virgin Islands where they can be used for self-study CLE credit, at a cost of $10 per credit. Feel free to listen to the course and download the course materials prior to making payment. You may send your payment, either by mail or online, when you request your certificate of attendance.

Since I am required to maintain a record of attendance in some jurisdictions, I do need to verify attendance. Therefore, to receive your certificate of attendance, you will need to answer a short quiz, or supply a series of "code words" that are given during the lecture. The certificate of attendance is not required in all jurisdictions. Therefore, if you would prefer a simple receipt rather than a certificate of attendance, I can provide that without answers to the quiz or code words.

These programs are valid for Wisconsin CLE credit only through December 31 of the year in which they were presented. Therefore, they will be made available through December 31, 2010. For a full listing of these programs, please visit my main CLE page
