Richard Clem Continuing Legal Education: Washington MCLE Podcasts

On this page, I will be making available audio and video replays of some of my CLE programs. The live presentations of these programs were approved for CLE credit in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and these on-demand podcasts have been approved for Wisconsin CLE credit by the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners.

The programs on this page satisfy the requirements for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit in Washington. These programs qualify for Washington "A/V" credit, which is limited to 22.5 of the total 45 required credits.

These programs have not been approved by the Washington State Board of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. However, a Washington attorney may apply for MCLE credit by submitting MCLE Form 1, which may be submitted online at the Washington State Bar Association website.

These programs were previously approved for CLE credit in Wisconsin (live program and online replay) and Minnesota (live program only). For your convenience, a link showing this approval is provided with each course.

I am making these programs available to attorneys in jurisdictions such as the Washington where they can be used for self-study CLE credit, at a cost of $10 per credit. Feel free to listen to the course and download the course materials prior to making payment. You may send your payment, either by mail or online, when you request your certificate of attendance.

Since I am required to maintain a record of attendance in some jurisdictions, I do need to verify attendance. Therefore, to receive your certificate of attendance, you will need to answer a short quiz, or supply a series of "code words" that are given during the lecture. The certificate of attendance is not specifically required in Washington. Therefore, if you would prefer a simple receipt rather than a certificate of attendance, I can provide that without answers to the quiz or code words.

These programs are valid for Wisconsin CLE credit only through December 31 of the year in which they were presented. Therefore, they will be made available through December 31, 2010.
