2022 Minnesota Season Pass: $89

Up to 26 Minnesota credits for $89

If you are a Minnesota attorney in CLE category 2 (in other words, you need to finish your CLE this year), you may now take 30 of your 45 CLE credits using on-demand programs. The remaining 15 credits must be "live" programs, but these include telephone conference call programs.

To assist Minnesota attorneys, I am making it possible for you to complete most of your required credits for only $89. For this price, I will provide the following:

Free attendance at any or all of my on-demand programs:
- My Introduction to American Law program, 12 credits approved.
- 3 credit ethics program.
- 2 Credit Elimination of Bias program
- On-demand replay of July 23, 2020, program. One credit approved.
- On-demand replay of August 15, 2020, program. One credit approved.
- On-demand replay of November 20, 2021, program. One credit approved.
- Free program: War in Ukraine. 1/2 credit approved.
Free attendance at one of my three credit ethics conference call programs in June. Programs are scheduled for June 1, 8, 16, 18, 25, 27, 29, and 30. For full information, visit this link.

Note: The ethics programs in three of the above programs cover the same material. Therefore, I recommend taking only one of them, and I can help you find other free programs to satisfy your requirements. However, if you are short on credits, you can taks more than one of these programs. They always cover somewhat different parts of the rules, and since they have separate Minnesota event codes, all qualify for credit.

Richard P. Clem is an attorney and continuing legal education (CLE) provider in Minnesota. He has been in private practice in the Twin Cities over 30 years. He has a J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul and a B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota.
