High quality, reasonably priced CLE opportunities

2021 Minnesota Season Pass: $89

Up to 26 Minnesota credits for $89

If you are a Minnesota attorney in CLE category 1 (in other words, you need to finish your CLE this year), you may now take 30 of your 45 CLE credits using on-demand programs. The remaining 15 credits must be "live" programs, but these include telephone conference call programs.

July-August update:Even though the Minnesota deadline for attorneys in category 1 is June 30, 2021, the Board of Continuing Legal Education has one again granted an automatic extension until August 31. The following notice is on the Board's website:

If you have not met your CLE requirements by June 30, 2021, you may attend courses and complete CLE requirements between July 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021 without requesting a formal extension from the Board. But you must report your CLE compliance by August 31, 2021.

August 31 is also the date by which you must report your attendance. This means that if you take courses in late August, you should make sure that those courses have already been approved for credit. If you take a program in July and credit has been applied for, it will probably be approved in time. But if you take a course in late August and it hasn't been approved, it might not be approved in time for you to report on August 31. All of my programs on this page have been approved.

If you don't complete your CLE by August 31, you will need to request an extension, and also pay a late fee. As always, if you have questions about CLE compliance, please contact me at clem.law@usa.net or call me at 612-378-7751.

To assist Minnesota attorneys, I am making it possible for you to complete most of your required credits for only $89. For this price, I will provide the following:

Note: The ethics programs in three of the above programs cover the same material. Therefore, I recommend taking only one of them, and I can help you find other free programs to satisfy your requirements. However, if you are short on credits, you can taks more than one of these programs. They always cover somewhat different parts of the rules, and since they have separate Minnesota event codes, all qualify for credit.

How To Order

You can order online with the following link:

After you have registered, I will contact you with full instructions and to schedule the date of your live program, if you desire to take it. I reply manually, usually within a few hours. But you can start taking the on-demand programs at any time (even before you pay), using the course links below:

Additional On-Demand Programs

Since I will not be able to prepare a full 45 credits before August 31, I recommend you take some of the following free courses to satisfy your obligation:
